The room was clean and cozy, but the AC was really weak.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Premier Balcony Room while exploring Bangkok's vibrant nightlife and delicious street food nearby. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a comfy bed and a nice couch, which was perfect after a long day. I especially appreciated the air conditioning that worked well and provided a refreshing escape from the city's heat. It's a short walk to both the BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations, making it super convenient to get around.

I was a bit disappointed with the cleaning standards. we found an artificial eyelash on our bed upon check-in, which made it clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned.

As a solo traveler, I was absolutely thrilled with the array of local eats just steps away, like the scrumptious dishes at Steak 69 Bangkok and the tantalizing vibes at Big Mama Tapas Bar & Bistro! Plus, my Premier Room was spacious and clean, just what I needed after a day of indulging in the culinary scene.

I loved being just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant Terminal 21 and the peaceful Benjasiri Park, making it easy to indulge in a bit of shopping and then unwind in nature during my stay.

The spacious Deluxe Room was well-appointed and clean, providing a comfortable space to unwind after exploring. However, the low lighting made navigation troublesome, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. Additionally, service could have been more prompt, impacting the overall experience.

Couples seeking luxury experience

The staff was exceptionally attentive, I mean they brought us iced orange juice while we waited for our taxi like we were royalty or somethin'. And the suite we stayed in had this incredible Jacuzzi, private garden, seriously it was like our own little paradise!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know what? It was worth it.
